Cancellation Policy - We do not issue refunds on class registrations. If you register for a class but cannot attend, we can transfer your ticket to another class on our current schedule if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We are unable to honor reschedule requests with less than 48 hours advance notice.  However, we are more than fine with you giving your spot to another student.  Just email us their full name ahead of time!

Attendance Policy - Each individual attending an HNO class must purchase a ticket. Seats are limited in each class, and projects cannot be shared between more than one person.

Class Registration and Schedule Changes - Online registration closes 24 hours in advance for each class. Classes with fewer than six students registered are subject to cancellation. Registered students will be notified 24 hours in advance of any cancellations, and student fees will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel or change the time or date of a scheduled class, due to unforeseen circumstances.
