The class I wanted to join is sold out! Can you add me?
Sorry, but once a class is full, we are unable to accommodate additional participants. We hand prepare craft materials for each student in advance, and once those are accounted for, we cannot add additional students. We also host our events in spaces that do not belong to us, but that are generously shared by our partners. Sometimes there are space limitations on the number of students allowed. BUT please send us an email at email@example.com and we will gladly add you to the waiting list, should there be a cancellation.
I can no longer attend the class I signed up for. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy - We do not issue refunds on class registrations. If you register for a class but cannot attend, we can transfer your ticket to another class on our current schedule if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We are unable to honor reschedule requests with less than 48 hours advance notice. However, we are more than fine with you giving your spot to another student. Just email us their full name ahead of time!
